Since 2003, OCME has created a system to verify the availability, price and delivery times for spare parts for its machines.

The system guarantees absolutely safe and efficient transactions, by means of passwords and certificates.

The customer is identified and is permitted to access the price list for the respective machines, and may also request text search and/or search by part code, verify part availability and price and automatically send an order, which will be process immediately without intermediate steps.

In the event that the part is not available, the system will provide information on the time required to replace the stock.

Net-Spares may be directly interfaced with the most common operating systems (SAP, JDE, Triton, etc.).
