It will be available from May 2009 the new web based remote assistance system dedicated to the OCME machines and installations.
Thanks to a simple connection via the internet, the customer will receive the remote assistance by an OCME engineer in order to quickly deal with any malfunctioning.
The technology used allows to operate in any country with a data transmission speed comparable to ADSL lines working in complete safety. The connection is guaranteed from any risk of intrusion into the corporate network.
The service includes an annual fee, with packages dedicated to individual machines or complete installations.
